Brisket
Basket was launched in 2006 in a historic area of St. Petersburg, Florida.
It's opening brought renewal and rebirth of the local drive in near the
St. Pete High school. Despite Brisket Basket's humble birth, the core
idea targeted a pressing need in the marketplace: something new and
different and to feature this unique & versatile
cut of beef. Brisket
is the working part of the cow and has many other uses than just
processed into corned beef. It's favored by cooks etc globally, however
is a concept that has not yet been developed in it's natural form. We
have developed ways to use this cut of beef in many unique ways. Due
to the success of our concept, we have realized there is a great deal
of interest in placing this concept in other markets. We are rapidly
moving toward developing Brisket Basket franchise opportunities.
Less than 4 months after opening the door, Brisket Basket found delivery and family packs and platters were much needed. They quickly built community through participating in local events and meetings. Brisket Basket's owner/founder, Linda Bernard's experience in restaurants and marketing provided the foundation for quick growth and a solid plan for the future.
Brisket Basket is focused on the future and hopes to be seeking franchise partners to help make Brisket Basket a family affair throughout the country.
